GiftcardX offers a 24-hour replacement guarantee on all orders. If you experience any of the following issues, we will replace your gift card code or issue a refund as appropriate:

Due to the instant digital nature of gift cards, the following situations do not qualify for a refund:

If you believe your order qualifies for a refund or replacement, follow these steps:
Contact us within 30 days of your transaction. For the 24-hour replacement guarantee, contact us as soon as possible — ideally within 24 hours of the issue.

Refund processing times depend on the blockchain network. Once we initiate a crypto refund, it typically appears in your wallet within 10–60 minutes, but may take longer depending on network congestion.
If your gift card code has not arrived within 30 minutes of a successful payment confirmation, this may be due to:
If 30 minutes have passed and you have not received your code, contact us immediately at support@giftcardx.store with your order details. We will investigate and either re-deliver your code or issue a refund.
If you sent more cryptocurrency than the required amount, the excess will be refunded to your original wallet address, minus the network transaction fee. Please contact us with your order ID and wallet address to initiate the refund.
If you sent less cryptocurrency than required, your order will not be fulfilled automatically. You have the following options:
If you receive a code that does not work at the issuer's platform, or that shows as already redeemed, please:
We will contact the gift card issuer on your behalf to verify the code status. If the issuer confirms the code is invalid or was redeemed prior to delivery, we will issue a replacement or full refund within 24 hours of confirmation.
